What Payment Options do you accept?

We accept all major credit card cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Diners.

We also accept PayPal.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

BuzziStore collects taxes based on the shipping address entered at checkout. We calculate taxes as required by the destination’s local US state/provincial laws. If you have a resale certificate, taxes can be waived with the proper forms. 

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Do You Offer A Trade Discount?

Where Is My Order?

You receive an email with specific carriers and tracking information once the goods are shipped.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping on most orders over $300. Orders that do not meet the $300 threshold are charged a $25 flat rate shipping fee.

We only ship US locals.

Will You Ship To My PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

RETURNS AND DAMAGES

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns on a vast majority of our products (in new condition and original packaging) within 10 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How Much Time Do I Have to Inspect My Package For Damage?

It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. Orders delivered via a freight carrier specifically must be inspected upon delivery of the item. If you find any issues, please contact us at store@buzzi.space immediately.
